Today's miles = 16 Total CDT miles = 1,863.2
I left Chama this afternoon and walked on a highway the entire evening. The stretch between Chama and Ghost Ranch is literally a highway. Its 44 miles of paved road walking with tons of cars wizzing past us. So far it's been kind of nice because you can zone out and just walk but the pavement really takes a toll on my feet. There was also a convenient store I passed today which was a nice treat. I'm camped on the side of the road.
